Availability and Fees

We are available for appointments from 8:30am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.

We offer in-person appointments at our clinic rooms in the centre of Bath or remote appointments via video-talk platforms (e.g. Zoom). Some clients choose a mixture of in-person and remote appointments which we are happy to support.

Appointments last 55 minutes and the fee is £110 per appointment for self-funded appointments. Payment is by bank transfer after each session.

We are registered practitioners with the following health insurers, BUPA, AXA PPP, AVIVA, WPA, Vitality and Cigna. The fees can be slightly higher when funded by health insurance to reflect the greater administration costs. You may need to get in touch with your health insurance provider to see if your policy covers mental health and the amount of funding provided. It can also be helpful to establish with your insurer if there is an excess on your policy.
